Violence Againts Women Survey of 2021 (Survei Pengalaman Hidup Perempuan Nasional Tahun 2021 English Version)
The implementation of the 2021 Violence Against Women (VAW) Survey is an effort to
identify factors that influence violence against women. A comparison of the results of the
2021 VAW Survey and the 2016 VAW Survey can help identify issues that need to be
prioritized for future programs and activities. It is hoped that by studying the survey
results, an explanation of the relationship between violence and the elements that cause
and lead to violence can be obtained. The findings can be used to formulate the 2021
VAW Survey policy brief on eliminating violence against women for stakeholders at the
national and regional levels. In addition, the survey conducted during the COVID-19
pandemic can be a valuable experience for organizing similar surveys in the future.
This
publication hopefully will enrich readers' views regarding the Protection of Women's Rights, especially those related to violence. May this to violence. May this publication be
a valuable contribution to the community in understanding gender relations issues in
Indonesia. To conclude, gratitude to everyone who worked tirelessly to make this
publication possible. The highest appreciation goes to UNFPA, Statistics Indonesia, and LD
FEB UI, who technically supported this activity from preparation to completion.
