Minister for Women Empowerment and Child Protection (WECP), Bintang Puspayoga warmly received a bilateral visit from the Vice President for Women and Family Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Ensiyeh Khazali at the MoWECP Office. This visit aimed to further strengthen the cooperation between the Government of Iran and the Government of Indonesia on gender, women empowerment, child protection, and family issues.
“We would like to express our appreciation for the extraordinary support that the Government of Iran has provided to the Government of Indonesia throughout the years. "Our meeting today will reflect the strong and sustainable bilateral relations between the two countries, especially on women, children, family resilience, and inclusive society issues," said the Minister for WECP.
Minister for WECP stated that the Government of Indonesia and Government of Iran have established tremendous cooperation in the 2018-2020 period. PNM and the Islamic Republic of Iran," Arief explained.
